An Imperial Valley Tradition

About:	Grasso's Italian Restaurant has been in operation since 1955. For over 50 years only 2 families have owned Grasso's.. Two sisters, Jacinta Grasso and Blanche Fornasero, built what is now the family room on the back of the Grasso home in 1955 in order to serve the finest Italian food in the Imperial Valley. Over the course of time, the entire house was converted to include the dining room and a storage area. The Baran family bought the restaurant in 1976 and have continued to own and operate the restaurant since then using the same authentic recipes and adding some of their own .and, yes, we are still in the same house at 1902 West Main Street in El Centro the house is just a different color! Grasso's Italian Restaurant has become an AN IMPERIAL VALLEY TRADITION and we look forward to welcoming you to our family and be part of our tradition. Please call us with your reservation at (760) 352 4635. Open for dinner Wednesday Sunday at 5:30pm Available for private parties on Monday and Tuesday. Take Away Meals are welcome and a big part of our restaurant.
