Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: There have been times when their movie times dont match online times. That stuff happens but they have been willing to give me credit when I had to leave a movie early. I think they are quite good in service and go there all the time. Cinemark's volume is too loud for my son so we dont go there. Yes we ask them to lower volume but doesnt do any good.

The Movies is a darn good establishment and my only complaints are about the rude movie goers not the polite workers.

The customer service is horrible and the last two times I went there, the picture was terrible. There was a huge line down the middle and they said we can give you a coupon to come back at a later date and/or time but, the movie would still have the HUGE line down the middle. NO REFUND! When I took my children, nieces and nephews to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua the theatre was packed and again NO REFUNDS! We were told to seperate ourselves. We left because they were asking me to abuse my children: leave two three year olds, a two year old, and a four year old unattended. (We would all have to sit in seperate rows.) According to CPS that is considered a form of abuse! The manager is stupid and has no customer service skills. At least not on busy days and when it comes to refunds! CINEMARK IS AWESOME, has given me several refunds for various reasons, has delicious food at their concession stand and AWESOME customer service. go there! I live in Imperial and feel going to Cinemark is worth the drive!
