About:	For someone who doesn't know much about this restaurant or about Coachella valley, where it happens to be located, the name itself would be reason enough to avoid dining here. But being once to this restuarant will make all your inhibitions about it vanish, as the food keeps up to the 'Five-star Dining Award' standard with the tantalizing delicacies served by the staff and complimented by fine wine and an elegant, rich decor. The menu includes a variety of pastas, steaks, seafood and poultry items, which are consistent with the changing seasons. The beef steaks especially are certified to be of the finest quality and chef Jimmy Schmidt strives hard to maintain this standard.
