User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went to this Frijoles not knowing what to expect on my vacation in oct .I have to say this place was extreamly clean and fresh.I ordered a burrito shredded beef and my wife ordered taquitos i have to say this is the place to go for freshness in beaumont.The help was helpful and friendly i will return here again.

Went to this restaurant in September 2007 a few times. Its a little like a fast food restaurant where you order off the menu at the register then sit down. The restaurant is small, but clean and has decent food. It has a nice bar too. I haven't been back since I tried to order 40 tacos from them for lunch on the day we moved into our house and they said they needed at least 48 hours notice. I went down to Bakers and they cranked out 40 tacos and like 15 minutes and they were extremely busy! There are better Mexican food restaurants in town like Ramonas. But if you would like a Mexican food joint that has a bar then Frijoles would be it.

Oh my goodness they have awesome burritos. They are very affordable but small on the inside. I wish they were open later and on all seven days of the week. Don't forget to try their guac because it is awesome.

TERRIBLE food. Canned beans and poor quality meat. To call it Mexican food is both a joke and an insult to authentic Mexican food. Even the lady taking the order was snappy. I will forever take my business elsewhere.
