On Fir the 14th of Dec. 2007 at about 1:55pm. I went through the drive_thru and ordered two Famous-Stars, one with and one without cheese, also I stated I had a coupon for a free Famous-Star then I said I would like both without, ,lettis, mayo, or special sauce, and one large fries. I was told the charge would be $6+change as I was driving to the pick-up window I realized that was wrong it should only be about $4.60 ( Famous-Star $2.29 and lg. fries $1.99 =$4.28 + tax=$4.61 ). I gave the coupon to the girl at the window and told her of her error. She gave me the correct change. I then on the way home as I took a fry out of the bag the receipt on the bag stated an entirely different order totaling $11.70. I was starting to wonder what I would find in the bag when I got home. I found both Famous-Stars had cheese,"WAS I SURPRISED? NO!" everything else was correct. This was a SURPRISE. Where is your QUALITY & SERVICE?
