Barstow Historical Landmark: The Palms Cafe has been in Barstow since its inception. The ambiance is very strange, but it's clean. The waitresses have great personalities. The Chinese food is the best Barstow has to offer, which isn't saying that much because Barstow doesn't have any "authentic" ethnic restaurants except for mexican. The American food is mediocre. All portions are generous.
