Have had long waits and food out of a 1970's cafe every time I went there. I would go to Nicks Pizza or Mama Carpino's instead.
Neat place and the staff is very friendly but the food isn't very good in my opinion. I'm from the east coast and have eaten at so many fantastic Italian restaurants so maybe i'm a little biased. The food isn't at all authentic. The best place to go for Italian is Antinori in Rancho Cucamonga. If you are looking for GREAT NY style pizza try San Biagio in Upland. SO SO SO GOOD!
Outstanding Food and FireHouse Atmosphere: Dinapoli's Firehouse Pizza is a welcome addition to Apple Valleys' restaurant dining experience. Among the most original dining concepts in the high desert the customer is immediately transported into a New York City fire station setting upon entering the restaurant. Fire Department memorabilia adorns the walls with wall paintings done by the owner himself, Nick DiNapoli. The owner is a retired firefighter lending his Brooklyn roots to his Barstow and Apple Valley Firehouse Italian eateries. The pizzas and antipasto salad are fantastic, as well as the entire entree selections on the menu. We found the service to be excellent and the prices reasonable. For "real fire buffs" this reataurant is a "must dine at" selection.
