best japanese food in our area!! ginger sauce is great. other places try to make ginger sauce but its just teriyaki with ginger added. try the green ice cream, love it!
My other half wanted to try Kobe steak, so off we went to the Kobe Japanese Steak house.
What an experience! Communal dining, with the chefs cooking your meal right in front of you - what skills with knives!
I didnt like half the all in meal, but thats just me!
My other half said his kobe steak was like butter melting in your mouth.
Even if you don't like the idea of communal dining, or a japenese meal you have to try it for the experience.
I've been dining at Kobe on every visit to the desert for 20 years. In all that time, the quality has not changed, and the staff is still top notch. Everyone I've ever taken here loves it, too! Several of us will drive from Los Angeles and back for dinner at Kobe, even if we're not staying for the weekend! Think Benihani, but much, MUCH better!! Give Kobe a try, you won't regret it.
