DO NOT USE I HATE THEM!!! They are absolutely the worst in the business!! They come take your money and do not return! I had so much trouble with them! They give you the line I will call you back and dont. I paid them and can not get in touch with them. I am filing a claim with the better business bureau!

THESE ARE THE WORST PLUMBERS TO USE. We had an appointment set up for Friday am. And I called as it was 10am Friday to find out what time the plumber would be there. And Patrica/Gennaro's wanted to know who would be paying, I told her I didn't have anything to do with that, the landlord was handling that. So she cancelled the appointment and said she had to check with the landlord (who scheduled the appt w/her), she had suddenly gotten a hair up her butt as she was having a bad day. I called back and then she was really nice and understanding and said it was because of the rain that she couldn't send someone, as soon as it lifted she would send someone (however when i initally called, we were next on the trip card?). Meanwhile she told the landlord she was sending someone. Then 5pm rolls arounds, my parents are there for the 2nd day in a row with no plumbing and I call to find out if a plumber will be out there. She has the landlord on the other line. She again is real nice to me, and tells the landlord, she didn't want to send someone because it was hostile situation, that was because i asked to speak to the manager and the owner when she wouldn't give me the time for the plumber to arrive.

I have never dealt with anyone so lacking in simple customer service skils and great at causing horrible situations.

She knew i was calling for the tenants 150 miles away. She was suppposed to send someone and didn't and made up a bunch of lies about me to cover her butt.

She was very hostile with me on the phone and very rude and cancelled the appointment for no reason and lied to the landlord and said they were coming.

There is no point in calling them.
