About:	St. James created the "Icon Bar" in his restaurant, filling it with images collected during his own travels, but he himself is an icon of Palm Springs dining. Have a craving for a prime New York steak, flavored with ginger-Merlot butter? Or a Burmese Bouillabaisse? These and other delightfully different offerings keep diners coming back.
