Their signature dish is a sugar crusted salmon that is delicious. The sea bass is excellent as well. I had the scallops which is an art to prepare well and I enjoyed this dish. Of the 4 desserts i've tried, none of them were anything special though. Great view from the second floor balcony of the mountains.
I took a group of about 14 people there and everyone was very happy with their meals; and with the drinks and the ambience. The dishes were very imaginative and well-planned. I would definitely recommend Pacifica to anyone who loves seafood or a good steak.
Fantastic fresh fish and consistently good service makes this place a winner.
Plus an extensive vodka bar. The early bird (sunset dinner) from 4 - 6 is a bargain with lots of choices.
The BBQ sugar salmon is a winner. We go here whenever we are in the desert and are never disappointed.
