User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsPalm Springs Cleaners Inc in Palm Springs was a place I will not go back to. I went in last week and inquired how much hemming cost as I had two items of clothing (that I had bought at consignment shops and were wash and wear BTW) that had hems come down. I go into pick them up today and they charge me for me hemming AND dry cleaning, which when the young girl behind the counter asked me last week if I want them cleaned I said NO. I am not gripping about the extra 20 bucks but am irritated about getting charged for something I didn't request. This place lost both mine and my husbands business = about $700 of yearly business. You may want to remind the young girl to brush up on customer service skills as well.
