| About: | A favorite with locals and the "Official Breakfast Spot" for the Palm Springs Film Festival , this venue serves breakfast all day. The informal establishment also has an array of delicious deli-style sandwiches, from an Egg Salad to the Double Combo pastrami plus another meat (big enough to keep you fed for quite a while). Sandwiches come with potato salad or coleslaw. Dinner entrees feature traditional deli foods like pot roast, stuffed cabbage rolls and chicken. |

We love it.. have gone there most times when we stay at the
SPA casino.
Soup and sandwich is a good deal.. very ..very large portions
of meat in the sandwich. soup is to die for.
They love dogs and people can feed the dog they bring for s free
snack in a basket outside..
Service may be spotty at times but its worth the wait..
Its the Rewal Deli deal..
They have a spray water outside when its hot.. and after
May its going to be hot...
try it.. also prices are real good.. no inflation here so far.
and the Pies wow...
I frequent the Palm Springs area and had made it a point to stop by Sherman's but after my dinner there the other night I will go to Manhattan Deli in the Desert instead. The service was terrible. I gentlemen who sat us threw down the menu and walked away. The waitress could care less about our order and when it finally came she also threw it on the table and did not offer any condiments. I finally saw some deli mustard at another table and the women were happy to loan it to me. The waitress finally came back and asked if we were finished when we were only half way through. Never had such poor service and the night manager did not seem to care when I told him.
Sherman's is the best food anywhere. The service is also unbeatable. The waitress Carmen is my favorite!! I would marry her!!!j/k

I've lived in Palm Springs for two years and sometimes stop by Sherman's Deli. It's a fun place, very busy too but I've never had reason to complain about the place. Give it a try.
