User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have a 5 friends that work there, and they all seem to be in agreement that the new management uses scare tactics to get employees to shape up. One was even told in front of other employees that he was close to losing his job.Starbucks used to be one of the best places to work. I just hope the same is not happening at other locations.
Don't get me wrong, I almost always get good service, but these sort of situations can bring down customer satisfaction. Happy employees = Happy customer (most of the time)

I drink a cup here a couple of times a week. Always consistently good, unlike many s-bucks. I'd recommend it to anyone.
