User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI could not recommend friends or family to buy from Rotolo. I went to Rotolo Chevrolet about two years ago with my own financing to buy a truck that was listed in their weekly advertisement. They would not sell me the truck because they wanted me to use their financing. I went to Mountain View Chevrolet that day and purchased my truck from them. I also purchased an HHR from Mountain View as well. Rotolo Chevrolet would have had a repeat customer if they would have sold me the truck I wanted but they lost my business that day. I laugh everytime I see their commercial on TV how they are family owned and how they care about their customers. What a joke.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsnot the best out there, but definitely not the worst. my dad bought an s-10 years ago and has had it serviced there without problems. no surprise about "dealer" prices. one has to pay for certified tech work. i bought a used vehicle in '07 there and got a great deal. it was model year. just have to do homework. they have washed may car after every service, warranty or not. service advisors are good. parts dept. is well supplied. overall a good dealer in this area.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took my Silverado in for service they broke my windshield and then only agreed to pay for half the cost to replace it. the service manager is a real D****bag then to top it off they stole something from inside my truck.I will not and do not use there service dept.
