I'm not surprised by the bad reviews. Our salesman, DJ, was wonderful. He wasn't pushy at all. But the closer, is another story. I can't recall his name, but he was about 45 years old, and missing a tooth ... AND called my husband and me a JACKASS ... we have good credit, a nice trade-in, and just wanted to see if we could finance our purchase at a better rate; and since he couldn't get us to take the deal, he wrote "JACKASS!!!" on our 4-square sheet .... this is the ugliest way to treat a customer. I will call management and the owner, TODAY.
Took my Nissan for 90,000 mile service. The next day after picking up my car it ran rough and turned off when putting it into drive. I never had this problem before taking it to them for service. The service writer tried to blame it on various issues they supposedly found with the car - however, these so-called issues never ever had my car running rough and turning off before. I called the service manager who offered to only diagnose the car. I will post the outcome after seeing them today.
Pushy sales force. I walked out. Warn your friends and family to stay away. They will try to manipulate you with number games.

UPDATE: After arguing with service writer about me having to pay for the diagnosis - the svc mgr graciously conducted the diagnosis "on them", however, after the diagnosis - my car now has metal shavings in the transmission. Hmmmmm, I wonder why now all of a sudden when I have never had any problems with the car EVER. I feel like something shady is going on. Svc Mgr is in process on coming up with an alternative...I will post the outcome.
