User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur office closed for a holiday and did not notify them, so they came and found no one, they called and came back. I needed those linens first thing the next morning, so I called and asked if he can deliver or should I go pick them up. I needed them so I was more than willing to pick them up, But he refused and set up a time for me to meet him. I have never found someone (other than a friend) that when you offer to go to them they say don't worry about it, I will come to you. Saved me from alot of stress. He even cracked jokes on the phone. Wonderful customer service and great attitude!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey are helpful and friendly. One time my husband needed a suit cleaned overnight, and they did it when no one else in town would......the owner even came in early the next morning for us to pick it up so we could be on time for our event.
