I concur with the other negative reviews of this dump. It's dirty and a complete misrepresentation of the 50's. The food is awful and drenched in grease and who knows what else. The health inspector needs to take a look at this place. There is a better one down the road called Penny's Diner. That place has great food and friendly service. It is closer to what a 50's diner was like. Peggy Sue is a fool.
My parents live in Las Vegas and we stop at Peggy Sue's for breakfast on the way up and lunch on the way back down. We love the atmosphere, the food is great (love them hashbrowns!) and the gift shop is also fun. The new park behind the restaurant is a great place to each outdoors, picnic or just visit the Dino store. Our kids love it and I know we are making great memories for them. Definitely worth stoping in!
My sisters live in Newberry Springs, so every time I go there, we have dinner at Peggy Sues, the Pizza is great, the cheeseburgers are good, it is great atmosphere for us 50ish crowd. The staff is very friendly, and if you want to get a good chuckle, walk thru the gift store. Not everything in this world has to be high tech, it is a pretty 'bitchin' place as far as I'm concerned
