You have got to be kidding! Chaparral Motorsports good service? Good prices? Not in my experience. They occasionally have decent prices on a few bikes that nobody really wants anyway, and a few parts/accessories that they've been stuck with for awhile. Otherwise they are the rudest most incompetent bunch of morons it's ever been my misfortune to deal with. I've talked to them twice in the last few years about new bikes and both times I got a better price and better service at B&B. I'll agree that B&B's service department had some issues for awhile, but they have a new service manager who actually seems to care. I've purchased my last two new bikes from Murray at B&B and would refer people to them without reservation. The only good thing about Chaparral is the occasional decent price on a part, their service department is the absolute worse one I've ever dealt with. I know three people that bought their bikes at Chaparral and were forced to take them to Yamaha of Cucamonga or Pasadena Yamaha for service because Chaparral refused to perform any warranty work. In fact, a friend of mine that complained to Yamaha about the lies and s****y treatment he got from the service department at Chaparral was told that they had received numerous complaints and that an investigation was pending. I wouldn't be surprised if they lost their Yamaha franchise.

What a joke! Prices are too high, Customer service is very poor. I live in the high desert and have been a customer of B & B only because their the only ones up here. When a group of us get together and make a list of things we need we have to drive out of town to another place called "Chaparral Motorsports". There is where you get the best prices and great service. They even have their services on-line. I am not a part of them only a happy customer. B & B will be long gone and out of business one day. Just something I thought should be shared with the public about B & B and the wrong info they listed on this site about themselves. If I was to rate them from 1 to 10 1 being bad, I would have to give them a "3". They need a lot of work, Trust me. There are many other places that are very happy to help out their customers with good fair prices and good customer service. I think if folks would bannd the bad ones it would make to good ones do better. One more thing while IM on the subject! The Suzuki dealership here in Victorville is without the worst in the world. I can't believe they are even still in business. If they were rated between 1 to 10 I would have to give them a - 4. Victorville Suzuki is the scum of the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service and prices. STAY CLEAR OF THEM unless you just want to give your money away and be treated like crap. I tell people the best way to describe them is they are like your wife, They take your money and treat you like trash.... I dont I got a great discount on a fmf pipe and other items that were highly priced. I bought a set of padle tires at a large motorcycle dealer for $200 at B&B I bought them for $188 plus the discount. I also bought a bike (Honda crf150r/big wheel) and It has some tuning to do and It isnt anything bad. They are real nice compared to normal sales men and treated me with respect. They also didnt try to make up my mind for me they directed me towards another bike and im glad they did its a great bike and I am real happy so I totaly Disagree with you guys.
i AGREE THAT B & B DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD A CHANCE TO PRICE A NEW BIKE AND WAS TREATED LIKE THEY DIDN'T CARE IF I WAS WILLING TO SPEND MONEY THERE FOR A PURCHASE OF OVER 6 K THAT I NEEDED TO JUMP THRU THEIR HOOPS TO GET A QUOTE FROM THEM.. WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THEM FOR BUSINESS... PERIOD...
