User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSwiss Cleaners has been my dry cleaner for as long as I can remember. They do top-quality work and they know what they're doing. They've been around for 30+ years and it shows. I have been to several other dry cleaners that are closer in distance to me but the quality of Swiss Cleaners is truly unmet. If you're looking for quality, then quality is what you are going to get here. Swiss Cleaners has never disappointed me in their quality of service. My husband refuses to use any other cleaner for his slacks and dress shirts. They are worth the further drive for me. I highly recommend this place!

I have used this establishment before, with good results. So I took some trousers in to get hemmed, shortened a couple of inches. When I asked what the damage to my wallet would be, and was informed that they wanted $12 per pair, my jaw dropped in astonishment. I immediately canceled the order. These were not delicate or special handling pants. They were a few pair of blue jeans, and a couple of chino-style workpants. Not pressed, not cleaned, just hemmed and they want $12!?
My feeling is that the price was outrageous. Jesse James had a gun, after all, and his brother Frank had one, too!
It is my considered opinion that very high prices should not be rewarded, and my advice is to check the price before you do business with Swiss Cleaners. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest laundry service....: My family and I have been going to Swiss Cleaners for years. Their excellent service and quick turn around (same day on certain cases) has made me as a life-time customer. No doubt, they do the best dress shirts and pants around. The owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet.. true gem of Riverside.

If cheap prices are what you're looking for, cheap quality is what you're going to get. Trust me, I know first-hand. You wouldn't believe how some people can ruin your clothes... and all just to save a few bucks. I still think that Swiss Cleaners is awesome.
I see you are unhappy with the price, but you don't appear to be unhappy with the quality of work? While I can understand that you might be unhappy with yourself because you failed to ask the price before authorizing the work, it speaks volumes that you are not unhappy with the work. The oats are always cheaper after they have been through the horse, but then we don't call them oats anymore.
