Dang... his family is so large that it now longer has members.. but has evolved into "memebers" thats more than like the reason they charged him more... because families of that shear magnitude require "laudry" as opposed to laundry like us regular folk. It's one of the few places in town, get a life or go somewhere else... the customer service is great!
