   I have purchased many items from EW over many years and have never had a problem. The review that states about the return problem is hard for me to figure out or even believe based on my many very positive experiences. I have always been treated well and their expertise is unquestioned in this area. I will be over there again today and am sure that once again they will have what I need in stock.

   The bad eggs these other reviewers are throwing is a bunch of baloney! I have dealt with EW for more than 20 years! AND NEVER have I had any difficulty in returning or exchanging anything! The only time I know of that a refund or an exchange was refused is when a very unhappy soul came in with a clearly abused (chewed up) cable, and he said he had no idea how it got that way, but wanted a refund! Sorry, I don't feel for liars or cheats, your problems were caused by your incompetence, not the stores...

   Technically incompetent: The people that I worked with had difficulty answering simple questions
