    Very confused: My step mother looked like a bloated maniquin. She looked fine at the hospital. Very unpleased with the answeres given why she look bad. Felt like they were just pat answers.

    Felt like a car dealer: Very impersonal service. I will never patronize this mortuary again.

    i have no idea where my mother's ashes are: dont go here dont ever go here. the grounds look like a swamp and the staff are just sales people in suits
