User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy dad introduced me to sushi. At first I would just go with him eating terriyaki chicken (Mmm), but eventually he convinced me to sample it. Since then he has grown to a near connoisseur sampling every where he goes. Tokyo sushi is the best Sushi restaurant in the high desert in all respects: quality, quantity, service, atmosphere, price, etc. The chefs are friendly, creative, talented. The portions are generous and the fish is always fresh frequently fetched from the shores directly, never frozen. Aside from the food, one of the things that I loved most was the people. It's just the kind of place where you can easily strike up a conversation with the person sitting next to you and hear about all sorts of fascinating experiences. Be prepared to return there time and again.
