Its a shame but this is the poorest run Carl's Jr. It seems as though they are never quite prepared especially in the morning. If I stop in anytime before 8 I will probably not be able to get an Iced Tea becasue they were just getting ready to brew some (ALWAYS). I dont drink Soda so I usually have to wait behind the cars and then drive straight through.
Today I ordered a chicken salad/ Boy if I didnt get the core of the lettuce shredded through out my salad - Thanks I cant eat that! I also ordered a "plain burger" to which I received a fully packed cheeseburger. Owning a restaurant I feel confident in believing - this is poor management that is allowing workers to do what they want. I could go on and on but...it's the closest to my house - so if I dont want to drive....
