    VERY difficult if not IMPOSSIBLE to contact them by phone. When I did get a hold of someone, they put me back on hold FOREVER!!!!!

    They never answer the phones -regardless of what time in the day that you call - You have to go in and stand in their very long lines just to get answers for simple questions
