User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe took my wife's wedding dress for preservation and storage in a sealed box. We went to pick up on the promised date. They said no box no service and would call us. They NEVER called. We kept calling and it was never ready. Finally we picked up our dress and they said they would process a refund. It has been several weeks and NO REFUND. We got no service and the ripped us off over $110! I will never go back. We filed with Consumer Affairs and will file with Better Business Bureau. Also, if they don't come clean then we will get a judgement against them.
My recommendation...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If anything goes wrong kiss you money goodbye!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've had to take two bride-maid gowns in to be altered and so far I won't even consider going somewhere else. Great place with great service!
