this place is just awful! i was interested in buying a toyota and wanted to test drive it. when i went inside, the person first told me to come back because they were too busy. Next when I did come back, everyone inside doesn't even know your there, or bother to help. Just a waste of time. I guess i should have known, when they first said to come back because they were too busy to help you.
Ok where do I begin, I brought my truck in because it kept stalling out when put into gear. This was Saturday at 12noon, I was told it would be ready by 130pm I called back at 2 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, I called back and was told it would be ready by 430pm. I paid the cashier my last 131.dollars and drove the truck off. It kept stalling again and I dropped it off in there overnight area. It is now Monday and no response. I called the service department and they say it wonât do the same thing for them? It is my opinion theses people are inept and not very professional, I feel they turned up the idle and sent me on my way Saturday because they could not be bothered and waited till the last minute to give me my truck back, knowing I would not be able to return it till Monday. this place STINKS
We've maintained 100% service over its 6 years on our car through our old Totyota Dealer, who we loved. We've since moved to Riverside and I've been to Riverside Toyota's service 3 times. 1st time they made me sit around for 1.5 hours before they decided to tell me they couldn't do the service. 2nd time they didn't perform all the services they said they did. 3rd time they flat lied to me, forcing me to buy parts we didn't need costing hundreds of dollars.
I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND CAN ONLY WARN EVERYONE ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEITFUL PRACTICES.
