Rosa's catered a Birthday Party & they are excellent. Good service and very tasty food. The carne asada and enchiladas are esp. good. I have been back to the restaraunt as well...in a great location in Old Town Temecula. Antiques, Old Cars, Harleys and local scenery are nice. Sit outside if you can. This is not a sit down, service at your table type of restaraunt. It has a fast food feel but the pricing is good and the food quality is great. Excellent value if you're catering a party.
