User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went back to Temecula Motorsports after I had heard they were under new ownership. The sales staff was friendly, and the parts dept knew there product, unlike in the past. I had quit going to this shop but I am glad to have a good local shop again. I will be buying my new bike from them next month.

Ha i have never had a problem and the staff is very skilled in their areas the service dept told me a price that was very reasonable and my bike was done sooner than i expected everytime i have been in there i was greeted and felt welcome not a burden these guys are great and i am willing to bet none of you ever post positive things about anyone

Sales was good, nice, and really helpful. However, once you step into the Service area it becomes a magic portal of poor customer care, or even knowledge of your bike. I would rather pay a guy parts and beer before taking my bike to Temecula Motorsports. It is good for equipment and accessories, but, if you need work done on your bike find someone else. I understand everyone has a different experience when they go places but the service department is terrible.

You know I'm not some person that's pissed off all the time nor am i trying to start a fight. if a company does a good job i always try and let management know that they did a good job. In this case i felt others should know how i was treated. there was a good and bad in my comment and ill continue to shop there for my equipment just no service. Not everyone only has bad things to say. Maybe you should have a little more faith in humanity. I'm glad you had a good experience with the service department.
