    It's very disappointing to me and my family that we decided to switch to Dr. Hurwitz and her large practice. I don't like the fact that the Dr. or the N.P. only spends 5 minutes with my son. I'm sure that Dr. Hurwitz has amazing abilities and great knowledge in her field but rushing from patient to patient will not benefit our children.

    I can not say enough amazing things about this woman! She has got to be the most loving, caring, selfless, passionate Dr. I have ever seen. She is ALWAYS available to her pt.s, even at noon on a Sunday. I truly feel lucky to have her as my children's Dr.!

    My wife and I have been using Dr. Hurwitz for a couple of years and are always leaving her office discussing the option of switching doctors. An appointment will take 2 hours, no matter what. She comes off as being very interested and intense, but in reality she's just in a very big hurry to get to the next room. She is always nice, but can come off a bit over-confident which is a bit strange for a Pediatricion. We use her because of local convenience, however we are going back to our old Ped. in Rancho Bernardo (North County San Diego) Dr. Shunmugam.
