Extremely friendly workers and nice environment to stay in while I had a long wait for my car to be done. My oil change was also very competitive with the pricing of the no-name places. I think this dealership is great!
Way to pushy for my taste, didn't care for that. Very bias with their own product, which is sad, I want my sales rep to by honest, it's okay to stand by your product but being ignorant is another. I'm impressed with their prices, better then Nissan and Toyota, found a brand new Civic for 15990.

Worst service ever, after buying 2 CRVs (which both times had major defects). The amazing service manager got the attitude of "my way or the highway". We buy a new car every 1-2 years, never a Honda again. After dealing with these guys, we learned a big lesson. In a few months will trade both CRVs with Highlanders. THUMBS DOWN DCH Honda of Temecula. Will share with other consumers our painful experiences soon.
