they hold your tranactions for over a week....then right before you get paid as soon as you don't have the money to cover it they put it through! then charge you $33.00!
they had this promo to get you to open an account ....you were supposed to get $100.00 well it has been 8 months and i never received it!
I have inquired with them several times and they respond with form letters.
the customer service at the branches SUCKS as well! they are a group of the most unfriendly people I have ever met!!!
put your money somewhere else!

I didn't have an account with them.: I wanted to cash a check that was from their bank. I call their other branches over the phone- not so great experience. Finally, I found their Towngate branch in Moreno Valley,CA= I am considering opening an account with them; only at their Moreno Valley branch!!!! Courteous,professional, and overall excellent experience! Will give this branch Five Stars!!!
