About:This fine restaurant serves fresh, award-winning Californian cuisine. It has won the gold medal from the American Restaurant Association. The city of Irvine named it Irvine's Most Romantic Restaurant. Gorgeous hardwood floors set the stage for a beautfiful, Carribean-inspired decor, with saltwater aquariums inside and gorgeous views overlooking the lake from the patio outside.Menu favorites include the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich, Grilled Cheesesteak, Rack of Lamb or Fresh Halibut. For something truly decadent try the Rib Eye Steak or New York Strip Steak. The pastas are prepared with lots of flavor and are served al dente. Try the Chicken Conchigli, Cheese and Spinach Ravioli or Angel Hair Pasta with Lobster. The wine list is excellent, with bottles ranging from inexpensive to moderate.
