    I came in to purchase a vehical from moreno valley chevy dealership this weekend. I was impress with the manager who is kind and respectful. On the other hand the sales rep I met Brain was professional up until the point when he brought a vehical to our attention owned by the owner's daughter. He made the commet that if the vehical was good enough for her than it should be for us. Being a customer service rep for over 15yrs that is something a sales rep should never do because in the end the customer have to be satified and will be the paying for the vehical. I want to tell Brain never let your personal opinion come in between the customer's final decision on what they are looking for in the vehical they are seeking.
