User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLet me first start by saying, this dealership's service department is the main reason I would never buy another Nissan again. I purchased a new Xterra from them 3 years ago and have had a recurring problem. I complain about it at every service, and they cannot replicate it. The problem has gotten worse and we finally replicated it. When we finally did, their response was it's normal.
I then spoke to Nissan customer service directly and they took a formal complaint. The service manager finally spoke to me, and she acknowledged the problem, but said she could not authorize the repair, and I would have to come back to speak to a regional service director for approval. After the 6th visit, I spoke to the service director, and he laughed and said, "of course this is not normal! Of course we'll fix it!"
Great! I thought, finally! Well, I made an appointment to have it fixed, went to the appointment, dropped my car off the whole day to find out at 3pm that they ordered the wrong part! We made a new appointment for the following week. I dropped off my car again and found out there was never a part on order!!!!
After minutes of arguing, they found a part somewhere and had it fixed later that afternoon. I asked to speak to a manager, and never did. I've had it with OC Nissan and with Nissans in general.-

My Service was just fine....: I was looking for a new car a year ago and came across a bright yellow Xterra sitting on display in their lot and before I could even say a word, It was taken down from the display, seat adjusted to my height and ready to take for a cruise! Yes, the buying and finance process took awhile, but that is perfectly normal in this day and age of buying a car. They can't just trust any Joe Shmo that walks on their lot with the burden of making sure they get their money! There are a lot of crooks out there. Thank you Power Nissan! My Xterra is the best car I have ever driven!

They didn't want to bother with my lease buyout yet Nissan Motors told me I had to go the dealer I bought it from and they were absoultly worthless and didn't know how to help. Kept saying it wasn't there job yet Nissan Motors is who sent me to them!
