Great donuts and even better sandwiches and burgers at prices that make you feel guilty you didn't pay enough!

This place is a bit of a dive near Doheny State Beach. It is in a run down strip mall with day laborers milling around. But don't let the appearance outside deceive you. Come inside and it is a true mom and pop operation with their love of creating delicious food.

The ingredients they use are the freshest. The lettuce is crisp and tomatoes fresh and ripe. They have a good selection of breads for sandwiches too. I often get their breakfast sandwich with ham and egg on wheat with lettuce and tomato and would definitely recommend it. It really beats breakfast burritos and bagel/egg sandwiches.

Lunch is really good too. They serve anything from hamburgers and chicken sandwiches to roast beef sandwiches. The fries are hot and crisp and way more than you want to eat!

Oh yeah... they have donuts too! Their donuts are perfect with just the amount of glaze or topping and without all the greasiness you find in other donut shops. They have a good selection too including cinnamon roles and muffins.

Give it a try! You'll be glad you did.
