Wow, typical auto dealer. Sales guys come and go so fast, one week to another. Priced car out of the market bought Genesis elsewhere. They pretended they could not keep them in stock. what a joke.

Hard sell manager who takes over for the 'supposed' sales guys. Again a joke.

After I bought my car elsewhere, 50 miles away, I went to buy touch up paint. Took the idiot in parts 30 minutes to find the item number on a saturday. Said it would be in on Wednesday and he would call. He never did. I went back the following saturday to ask for the paint. never ordered from what they could tell. These two new yahoo's ordered the paint and they said they would call. 10 days later no call! I called manager, he is out today.

I called Allen hyundai, a real quality dealer and the part will be here in 5 days and they even asked for a credit card to guarantee I would come get it. They said they will call me but you know what, THEY WILL. Privately owned by a family and do good business. Professional. Go buy your Genesis there, let Tuttle Click die again. They are the worst.
