    Storage West Irvine is the BEST storage facility. The people really make it so wonderful. Carlos and Eva are the best. They were so helpful. Truly a blessing. They are so honest and very friendly. I was late on a couple of my payments and Eva called to remind me and was so patient. Thank you!!!!

    What a delight it is to deal with Carlos and Ava at Storage West in Irvine. The facility is clean, safe, and in a nice neigborhood - but the best thing is the people who manage the location. I called several storage companies in the area and Carlos made the best impression over the phone. When I visited their location Ava and Carlos were super helpful and genuinely trustworthy and nice. I've rented there for several months and am always happy to see them when I stop by.

    I just went to Storage West to purchase some moving boxes today and was very impressed by its service. Moving can be very stressful. But Julie and Bill's warm smile and greeting somehow eased my tension and gave me a wonderful breeze!! Highy recommended!!
