I don't know what that guy was talking about (maybe his girlfriend is just trying to be skinny haha) but Sushi Kiyo is soooooooo goooood! They always have fresh fish daily, and once you go in a few times you feel way welcomed since it's a smaller sushi bar. I love this place, I try to eat there AT LEAST once a week. GREAT, DOWN TO EARTH SUSHI!

My girlfriend and I live in San Juan and decided to try something new for sushi. I looked this place up online and since it was local we decided to give it a try. this place by far was the worst sushi place i have ever been to and my girlfriend literally got sick throwing up over the toilet when we got home. this place is horrible.

One of the best undiscovered sushi places: Sushi Kiyo is in my opinion the best sushi in South Orange County. It is family owned and run, with very traditional sushi, although Kiyo has a few special rolls that you should be sure to ask about. Kiyo is a great chef and his fish is always of the very best quality. They also have a few traditional cooked dishes. Kiyo's prices are very reasonable. If you're a fan of Gen Kai, Taka-O, Ichiburi, etc. I think Kiyo ranks right up there, if not better.
