The first reviewer is right, for speical effects driven movies you might be disappointed, but for date movies this place cannot be beat. Great atmosphere and friendly staff like the days of old. Love it!

Reviewed from Yahoo! Movies: This is a great theatre to take a date and sit in the balcony and get all cuddly and sweet. I do not recommend this theatre to see "special effects" movies as the screens aren't large enough, but like I said, gr8 for holding hands, hugging and kissing while you enjoy the movie.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTheater is a blast from the past. .. the way movies were meant to be seen. I love this theater and we always go here whenever possible plus the prices are cheaper than the mega movie houses.
This theater is all about Laguna Beach.
