When I called the office, I was told that I would have to pay all costs up front and then ask for reimbursement from my insurance company. If I had that kind of money, I would not need insurance. Anyway, I did not make an apppointment.
I've been going to Dr. Follico for over 7 years and I couldn't be happier. He really cares, he's a great dentist with an amazing personality to go along with his many years of education. The staff is wonderful and the cleanings are the best!
I've recommended many friends and family. Everyone has only great things to say about their experience and love showing their great bright smile!!!!

You don"t need to ask for reimbursement from your insurance company!!! The office will submit a claim and the insurance company sends the payment directly to you.
