User Rating: 5 out of 5 starssurf city nissan is the best car buying experience we ever had. professional salesperson Mitch took the time to make sure we got the right car at the right price that we could afford. they exceeded our expectations and were a wonderful relief after visiting all of the other orange county Nissan stores and getting nothing but run around.
i got a 370z that is the love of my life. call these guys and let them work the magic for you!!!

Nissan has been a disappointment to me for the past several years - their service is the worst I have ever experienced. I used to have a Nissan Xterra (which I loved and took to over 200k miles). Good truck. Then I recently purchased a 2009 Murano with all the bells and whistles for over $40k and they still treated me with crappy service. They are smarmy sales people who don't give a crap about you after they have your money. I bought another Nissan because I like the cars... but I am over their attitudes and horrible customer service, and my next car will be with Lexus - their service is A+ and the best in the industry.

Worst Place Ever! Sales Manager is a real prick and won't give you any customer service after you have paid them!!! They just want your money and than the hell with you. Don't waste your money here, There are many other dealerships that will take better care of you!
My Brother and I Purchased a used Nissan Maxima here. It is the single worst car buying experience of my life, and I have purchased 7 vehicles. They lie about the price, they try and trick you into paying well above KBB value, they over-promise and under-deliver. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS! They will bate and switch, tell you one price and once you are in the finance room it is a different story. They will promise to have things fixed, in our case leather was ripped in the seat and they promised us floor mats, sure enough when we came to collect they wouldn't honor it till we made a big deal in front of potential customers. Then they gave us what we wanted to shut us up. Trust me when I say these people are rats! Don't do business here, you will regret it if you do. The sales manager is a fast talking guy who always points out he went to USC like I am to be impressed, like he is smart and doing us a favor right? What an Ass! last words don't go here!
