    I've been going to Uoko for 10 years. I'm a "food-person", and I love this place! Uoko is the best deal in great Japanese food; period.
    Once you try one of their wonderful lunch or dinner combos you will see for yourself!

    I have been going to Uoko for years. It's a nice traditional sushi restaurant amongst the strip malls of Lake Forest. They offer high quality fish for reasonable prices.

    Their spicy tuna is absolutely wonderful...it's not very often that it is accompanied by avocado. Also recommended are the Philadelphia Roll and the Salmon Skin.

    The sushi chefs are very friendly.

    Good luck getting a drink though...the waitresses are always too busy, unless you're ordering alcohol.

    This restaurant offered the typical Traditional and Americanized sushi fairs. Overall, service and food was good. Sushi was fresh but
    selection was pretty standard. One grib I have was the over use of ponzu sauce especially with delicate fishes like halibut and snapper.
    Our sushi chef was engaging and pleasant and price was fair. I gave it a 3-stars but its closer to 3.5 stars.
