I was bought a Used honda odyssey 2006 at this Dealer by vietnamese sales manage,i found the tail light is broken a little. I told him and he said if you want a perfect car then go get a new one ( kind of joking... but find out after sign contract (they don't care quality of the product they sale to you... BEWARE). After the deal is done, and going next to Finance Guy, the kind of service in finance room look like police talk to Drunk Driver (Stupid Service). I drive the car home and next day i called to talk to the sale guy who sold me the car asking for change the tail light. He turn aound like don't know who you are and who care about you. He keep saying he has customer and don't care to listen to you.
1) Never Go to this Dealer again.
2 Saleman and Finance Guy both is service you like don't care about you, My friend feel and told me too about that kind of their service when he went with me.
Norm Reeves has that kind of employees i will say to them is good luck with your business ;)
i went there to buy car they told me ,that my credit wasn't good,so i could lease .i should realized that i was being scam because you have to have good credit to lease.they let me lease a 2008 honda civic lx.then called me week later saying i had to bring the car back.because they couldn't finance me .they are idiots.they thought they could get away with scamming me with high interest rates .there finance people are dumb, larry the sales guy should have been up front with me,he said you could trust me.don't trust them with your money.all they see you as dollar signs.
Best Experience I have ever had: I have been to a lot of different dealerships, purchased a lot of Hondas, and always get my service done at Honda Authorized dealerships. First, my Honda Pilot I purchased last year was a great experience. The sales team was friendly, cheerful, and extremely helpful in assisting me in the purchase process. I always felt like they had my interests at heart and were honest and up front with me the entire time. Did we haggle about the price? Of course we did, that is what purchasing a car is all about. They want to make money just as much as I want to save money. We met on some common ground, and now our family has a beautiful Honda Pilot that we love. I still bring my car there in to service, and I love the service there. My favorite services advisors are Barbera and Bonito. I always feel like they are up front about the charges and meet or exceed their promised deadlines. I have been taking my 95 Honda Accord to them for service now for 2 or 3 years. Much better than any other place I have been to.
