We had wonderful service. They set up a schedule right away for the following day, showed up on time. Did a quick, accurate assessment and quoted a price. Arranged to bring our new furnace the following day. Arrived on time and got to work, ran into an unforseen problem due to our ancient house, quickly determined what was needed. Obtained the part, did not charge us for the labor. Kept us advised, eager to accommodate, respectful attitude. Cleaned up afterward. Finished exactly when they said, price was exactly as stated.

The single worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing company in my entire life. We've had three no shows for appointments after taking time off work to wait for them.

They were supposed to fix a problem with our cold water running scalding hot, but had trouble isolating the problem.

After the last time they came out, they reassembled the shower faucet incorrectly such that once it was turned on, it would not turn off. The shower then ran scalding hot water all day.

We scheduled an appointment for the next day to fix the shower (that they had broken the previous day). When we called to verify the appointment mid afternoon (because no one had called yet), we were told that we were scheduled between 3 and 5 that day. No show. When we called that evening to ask why, we were told that no one remembered us having an appointment, but that someone would show up before 10 the next day.

That evening we realized that the day of scalding water was releasing so much steam into our bathroom that the paint had started peeling and the glue around our fixtures had begun running down the wall.

We then called their number in the evening (as they explicitly state that they are a 24/7 service), and left a message with their answering service that we needed someone to come fix the shower at least to the degree of it being able to shut off. They returned our call telling us that a technician would contact us that night.

An hour later, no call. I dialed back the number that the previous guy called from (caller ID) and reached him at home (which seemed to startle him). He then told me that he had talked to his supervisor who had told him that we could call the city water district and have them come shut off all of our water(?!?!?). Aside from the crazy of that, he hadn't bothered to call and tell me that no technician was going to call and no one was going to come fix things.

The actual guy that showed up to do the work was pleasant and polite though. He seemed like a nice guy... except for the not showing up part.

Something fishy about this review. Unless the reviewer had a tankless water heater the water would not run "steaming hot" all day. Once the water heater had used up it storage capacity of hot water the water would then turn cold. If they did have a tankless, the shut off valve to the water heater would be easily accessible and all they would have had to do is shut off the water heater to stop the hot water flow. Sounds like a disgruntled "ex" employee or possibly a competitor trying to make the company look bad.
