    A friend recommended this place to me, she said she loved it. She was right, this place is a jewel on Balboa Island. It's got a great location and I love the personalized attention I recieve during my sessions. I'm glad she told me about it, I'm a committed fan now!

    It's a blessing to be retired. I love to travel and seek out and enjoy the finer things life has to offer. Pilates by the Sea is truly a unique find! This studio has the latest in equipment, the greatest instructors and a breathtaking view with a warm, rich studio enviornment. This studio is a must see, I can't wait for my next visit!
