Dear Gordon's Moving Services,

On Saturday, August 29, 2009, your company moved our belongings from both a storage locker and a home in Oceanside, CA to a home we had just bought in Mission Viejo, CA.

We would like to report that your movers, Tim, Rick, and Yoshio, were absolutely top notch. We had a most unfortunate experience in that the storage facility had not provided rodent control and their buildings were not water tight so we had much property damage, let alone emotional trauma. Your movers, besides assessing the situation and helping us to evaluate the condition of each piece of furniture, moved the undamaged pieces of furniture carefully and quickly, wrapping each piece.

Your employees were calm, professional, and a great help in coping with a terrible situation. We will be pleased to recommend your services to our friends and family. You are free to use this email as information for potential customers.

Gordon Moving Services was outstanding moving our business locally. They provided solutions to every obstacle that unexpectedly surfaced. During the hectic process of managing the move, I forgot to call and confirm that I wanted them to remove our old furniture and they even made arrangements to handle it with only a days notice. They came in under estimate twice. Once for getting rid of all of our "junk" furniture and second for the actual move. The entire staff was incredible and they always returned calls & e-mails immediately. I will definitely use them for my next personal move.

I just have to express my appreciation for the extra care and attention that your staff paid to my possessions during part one of my move on 6-12.

Both Ken N. and Carlos L. (van 12) went beyond the call. Nothing was broken, nothing was scratched, everything was placed where I wanted it and above all that, they had great attitudes.

I was fortunate to use your company and will use it on part two of my move to Big Bear. I will recommend your company highly to everyone I know.

MOVE PART TWO: I would like to thank Tim (driver)and Ken (helper) for the spectacular service they delivered once again during part two of our move, the part that went to Big Bear City CA on June 19, 2009.

I didn't think it was possible to exceed the service delivered during part one of the move a few weeks earlier, but they once again outdid themselves. Your company should e proud to have two such exemplary employees. I will certainly recommend your company to everyone I know.
