User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe customers that wrote negative reviews need to evaluate a bigger picture here. I have purchased 5 vehicles through Tina in fleet over several years. I initially went to Sterling as a last resort after calling 8 dealers, including out-of-state dealers, for the best deal. Other dealers left a terrible impression due to lies and their husling ways. It should not be that difficult to purchase a car and it hasn't been for me going through Sterling. Sterling was right on with the price, all 5 times. There service deapartment is top notch. I had one issue in the past but they corrected it and made up for it. I truely don't beleive that this Dave Wheeler hung up on a customer for no reason. If the customer was rude...which it sounds like he was, I would have hung up as well. All I can say is they do have excellent customer service. They are very friendly and the service department is wonderful. I will be purchasing my 6th BMW through them when the times comes. Just becuase you don't get your way, does not mean that you can diminish the good name Sterling has. Shame on you!

Dave Wheeler is very helpful and treats customers well. I found Sterling BMW a great dealership.
I contacted Dave by E mail he called and I went in and met him, enjoyed working with him and the crew at Sterling. I had a less than memorable experience at Irvine BMW. Their offer was lower than low ball. I called Dave- told him what I expected for my 06 Vette and plain and simple Dave made it happen.
I have no problem reccomending Dave Wheeler to any of my friends or family. -

Hi, everyone has a bad day. I did, too. But, I worked with Dave Wheeler, very knowledgeable, very understanding, and humorous. I had a big issue with the dealership management. Dave was my advocate, taking the risk for his career there. Last night we drove off with a super car, that Dave broke his back, and sacrificed his time to get it to us several days (or maybe weeks early). If there is one saving grace at Sterling BMW, it is Dave Wheeler, hope that they know this.
