I just love my 2009 Murano. Simple, quick, and easy.
New management rules...
Went to test drive a pathfinder. The guy had to jump it because the battery was dead. Then we had to stop and get gas WHILE ON THE TEST DRIVE. When we turned the car off to get gas, of course, it would not restart. These guys are a joke!
I have had bad experiences with car dealers before, but none have compared to my recent experience with Capistrono Nissan. I was told the deal would include a Navigation System, low APR and 5k rebate, enough to sell me; however, the end result was: NO Navigation, HIGHER APR (3% higher) and ONLY 4k rebate. They walked me through the lengthy signing process knowing the deal was altered and without advising me of any changes to the deal. After hours of going through the sales process, I signed assuming they had followed through with their promises. It wasn't until I got in my new vehicle to leave did I notice there wasn't a navigation system! The sales person stated, "oh, there's not a navigation system in this vehicle..." although he repeatedly stated there was and that he would have to read up on how to work it. The lack of Nav. Sys wasn't a deal breaker for me but when finding out later the cost of the vehicle I purchased was not lowered as a result, I was furious.I am a former US Marine and was hit by a suicide bomber while serving in Iraq a year ago. I went in to the dealership with the mindset that I would be treated with integrity; instead, I feel taken advantage of. I am hopeful that the dealership will reconcile and change my opinion of their ethics.
